The project includes a 67,833 SF two-story controlled facility with office space, a 200-seat controlled auditorium, parking, utilities/infrastructure, security measures, and compartmented workspaces, while complying with ICD 705, AV/ESS, and DoD antiterrorism/force-protection requirements. The estimated construction price range is $50,000,000 to $100,000,000, and the procurement may use a best-value process with set-aside decisions depending on market research responses. The anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about April 22, 2027. Required capabilities include prime contractor experience with Design-Bid-Build, ICD 705 and AV/ESS spaces, and federal antiterrorism/force-protection physical security design and construction.
