The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of constructing measures to reduce storm flows from the City of Rio Rancho Industrial Park into Tortugas Arroyo that connects to the Rio Grande. The work would provide a riprap-lined energy-dissipation channel, a water quality pond, and a downstream channel that will discharge runoff to the Tortugas Arroyo. See attached notice.
