This is a non-personal services contract to provide cone penetrometer testing (CPT), soil sampling and soil testing. The Government shall not exercise any control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the primary contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The objective of the proposed investigation and sampling is to characterize existing subsurface soil properties adjacent to Runway 04-22, to include; Cone penetrometer testing (CPT) Collection of soil samples (Via test pit) Testing of soil samples by a USACE Validated laboratory Submission of CPT report Submission of test results to USACE, Albuquerque District See Attached Solicitation Amendment 0001 (5/5/2020)
