This is a non-personal services contract to complete Foundation Drain Cleaning (Weir Drains) at Conchas Dam Project. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the primary contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, shop facilities, supervision, tools, and any other items necessary to complete a detailed Foundation Drain Cleaning at Conchas Dam, as described on the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall verify all existing conditions, sizes, and quantities prior to start of work.
