This contract is intended for small businesses under NAICS 237990 and requires firms to perform at least 40% of the dredged volume with their own equipment. Interested firms must own and document either a cutter suction dredge with a 10-inch or larger discharge diameter or a mechanical dredge with a 5-cubic-yard or larger bucket.
