Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – W912PM26RA003, John H. Kerr, Operations and Maintenance This solicitation is issued as a Competitive 8(a) small business set-aside Request for Proposal under FAR Part 15. This solicitation is restricted to 8(a) participants. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective August 27, 2025. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires an Operations and Maintenance contract located John H. Kerr, Boydton, Virginia.
