The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, seeks a small-business contractor to rent one 50–60-ton rough terrain, truck-mounted, or equivalent crane with operator to support a gate fit test at W. Kerr Scott. Offerors must submit both a price quote and technical proposal electronically in Adobe PDF, with pricing acceptable in Excel and no hard copies accepted. Award will be made to the lowest-price technically acceptable responsible offeror. The period of performance is October 13–16, 2026, not to exceed 4 days, with a one-week notice prior to crane deployment. Prospective awardees must be registered and active in SAM before award, and the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
