This is a lowest-priced, technically acceptable procurement for metal roof installation work. The services will be performed in Wilmington, North Carolina. To be considered technically acceptable, an offeror must be a registered, active SAM entity with no exclusions, hold a valid North Carolina "S" (Roofing) general contractor's license, and provide proof of being a manufacturer-approved installer with at least three years of experience. The offeror must also submit a 10-year workmanship warranty and demonstrate previous experience on at least two similar projects. An organized site visit is scheduled for April 1, 2026, at the project location.
