Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a 100% small business set-aside to supply and install one 28' x 28' prefabricated open truss recreational shelter on an existing concrete pad at the rear of the USACE Wilmington District HQ building. The shelter must be fully ADA compliant and will provide covered outdoor space for events and employee recreation. The contract will be firm fixed-price, with award made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. Proposals, consisting of both technical and pricing components, must be submitted electronically via email to the specified contracting officers.
