This is a pre-solicitation notice for W912PM25QA015 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District: BEJ Maintenance Compound Roof Replacements, Moncure, North Carolina The project consists of the following work on two maintenance buildings adjacent to the B. Everett Jordan Lake Visitor Assistance Center: BID ITEM 1 - Removal of the existing corrugated metal roof on an eighty foot (80’) x thirty-two foot (32’) metal building (Compound Building #1), removal of existing insulation, installation of a filled cavity roof insulation system, and installation of a new twenty-four (24) gauge PBR panel roof and associated components OPTIONAL ITEM 1 - Removal of the existing corrugated metal roof on a ninety-nine foot (99)’ x thirty-two foot (32’) metal building (Compound Building #2) and installation of a new twenty-four (24) gauge PBR panel roof and associated components The Period of Performance will require starting work with 60 days of contract award and completion within 120 days of contract award. The work site is located at B. Everett Jordan Dam, Moncure, North Carolina. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 2 May 2025. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. This solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160–Roofing Contractors, and the size standard is $19,000,000.00. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
