The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to remove and dispose the remains of the USACE Pier, Piling clusters, and any debris from the Clusters and Pier that have washed up on the Beach at Topsail Beach, NC. Due to questions that came up at the site visit, this solicitation is being canceled at this time until imagery can be obtained by the Government to determine what material is underwater. It is anticipated that we will have a new solicitation with a revised scope of work sometime before the end of the fiscal year.
