The USACE Wilmington District requires a contractor to remove and replace a chain link security fence at the Cape Fear Lock and Dam 2 esplanade in Bladen County, North Carolina. Vendors must submit both a Price Quote and a Technical Proposal electronically in PDF format. A mandatory site visit is referenced under provision 52.236-27. All offerors must provide a Level 1 (Self) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification to be eligible for award.
