Solicitation Number: W912PM-25-Q-0012 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District: Removal of Dudley Creek Piling Clusters, Swansboro, North Carolina. The project consists of Removal and dispose of off-site the (2) existing mooring clusters. Disposal of Materials shall follow state and local solid waste disposal regulations. The Period of Performance is 30 days after contract award. Normal working hours for the contractor shall be Monday through Friday (0730-1630), unless otherwise specified, or as specifically approved in advance by the COR. No work on site other than specified shall be permitted without specific approval by the COR. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00 This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 18 February 2025. The offer due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, facsimiles, etc.) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors and the size standard is $19,000,000.00.
