W912PM24Q0032 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to remove (2) 7 wooden piling clusters and install (2) Steel Pipe pilings in place of the current mooring clusters at the USCG Station Cape Hatteras Area for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District. The project includes the following requirements: 1. Develop an Engineering Plan for Piling Install 2. Remove and dispose of off-site the (2) existing mooring clusters. Disposal of materials shall follow state and local solid waste disposal regulations. 3. Provide and Install (2) 30” Diameter x .750” Wall x 40’ Steel Pilings 4. Top 30’ Coated with 16 mil Coal Tar Epoxy 5. Provide and Install (2) 24” Cleats per Piling 6. Fill 2/3 of upper portion of piling with sand, then 1/3 with concrete 7. Provide and install (1) Donut Fender per Piling, 6’ 6” Diameter x 7’ Long Marine Guard Foam Filled Monopile Donut Fender, with Flat Heigh Freeboard – 4.0 Feet, Marine Grade Epoxy Painted Steel Core, color to be Black. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 11 June 2024. The offer due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, facsimiles, etc.) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors and the size standard is $19,000,000.00. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
