The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide maintenance dredging for (3) dredging projects. The areas of consideration for these dredging services are: Wilmington Harbor, North Carolina, Savannah Harbor, GA, and Charleston Harbor, South Carolina. This will be a project within the Wilmington District, NC, Savannah District, GA, and Charleston District, SC, and surrounding areas. This work will consist of Maintenance Dredging in Wilmington Harbor, North Carolina, Savannah Harbor, Georgia, and Charleston Harbor, South Carolina. Description of Work: maintenance dredging (Hopper) for (3) dredging projects. The estimated quantity for Wilmington Harbor is 1.24M cubic yards, for Savannah Harbor is 650K cubic yards, and for Charleston Harbor is 1.7M cubic yards. The seasonal constraint for Charleston Harbor and Savannah Harbor is 15 December to 31 March. The seasonal constraint for Wilmington Harbor is 01 December to 15 April. This solicitation is unrestricted. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 23 September 2024. The bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, facsimiles, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 – Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the size standard is $37,000,000.00.
