PN MB-00009-20, Repair Building E-1650, at Fort Liberty, North CarolinaProvide all personnel, management, tools, materials, supervision, general and specialized equipment, and services necessary to repair of office space administration of building E1650 located on Fort Liberty, NC and incidental related work. The building renovation includes upgraded fire detection and suppression system, interior layout, and sensitive and secure facilities measures. A portion of the building is designed to meet the requirements of ICD 705 and AR 380.5 Secret Open Storage requirements, which includes the construction of STC rated assemblies and penetrations, as well as at interior compartmentalized areas. The existing building envelope (exterior walls and roof) will receive improved insulation and moisture protection to increase energy efficiency. The site work consists of replacement of concrete pavement, sidewalks, a new fire water main, replacement of hot and chilled water mains, electric, and other site features and appurtenances. The building is approximately 21,462 SF. The total disturbed area in the limits of construction is 36,435 SF (0.84 acres)
