The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to perform cleaning/custodial services at the Raleigh Regulatory Field Office in Wake Forest, North Carolina 27587. The work to be performed under this contract consists of cleaning and providing custodial services for all common areas to include but not limited to: lobby, receptionist area, ten (l0) enclosed offices, three (3) cubicles, kitchenette, two (2) water fountains, two (2) bathrooms (one with walk-in shower), mail/copier area, conference room, and hallways. Work is to be done outside of normal work hours (after 5:00 pm). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, equipment, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform cleaning/custodial services as defined in the Performance Work statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property (GFP) and services. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set aside. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 07 April 2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 – Janitorial Services and the size standard is $22,000,000.00. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
