The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to deliver 800 batteries that are of the same brand or have the same specifications of the Enersys 12HX505-FR for 5 Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS) units, to ensure support of mission critical equipment that provides backup power service to FORSCOM/USARC Headquarters., 800, EA; LI 002: 1,000 UPS batteries for Toshiba UPS Module G8000MM 750kVA. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to deliver 1,000 batteries that are of the same brand or have the same specifications of the Enersys 12HX540-FR for 5 Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS) units, to ensure support of mission critical equipment that provides backup power service to FORSCOM/USARC Headquarters., 1000, EA; LI 003: 384 UPS battery modules for APC UPS SY500K500D 500kVA. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to deliver 384 battery modules that are of the same brand or have the same specifications of the SYBTU2-PLP, High Performance Battery Unit, for 2 Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS) units, to ensure support of mission critical equipment that provides backup power service to FORSCOM/USARC Headquarters., 384, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the specified equipment to ensure warranty and maintenance support. No multiple awards will be made. Quotes received through FedBid will be evaluated and awarded on an all-or-nothing basis. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), not an invitation for bid (IFB). The Contracting Officer requests all available additional discounts, IAW FAR 8.405-4 FAR 52.212-2; Evaluation - Commercial Items, combined with FAR part 13 Simplified Procedures; The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be made to the lowest price technically acceptability offer. Technical acceptability shall be based on proposed product’s ability to meet the specification standards. Contractors quoting on an equal product must submit sufficient descriptive literature to show the product meets the minimum specifications. Failure to provide descriptive literature may render the vendor non-responsive and the quote may no longer be considered for the procurement.
