This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The solicitation number is W912PM22Q0005, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $8,000,000.00. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. Description of Requirement: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Wilmington District has a requirement for Boundary Line Maintenance at Falls Lake Dam, Wake County, North Carolina. The work to be performed under this contract consists of brushing, painting and signing designated segments of the existing United States Government’s property boundary to maintain a highly visible boundary line at B. Everett Jordan Lake and Falls Lake. This work does not involve establishing new boundary lines or conducting any land survey activities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and transportation required to maintain a highly visible boundary line at Falls Lake; except those materials provided by the Government This will be firm-fixed-price contract action. Any prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the SAM database prior to any award of a contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.
