The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide the infrastructure for a 750,000-gallon elevated storage tank, pumphouse and pumps and new waterlines for non-potable firefighting capabilities at the wharves at the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU) at South Port, North Carolina. Waterlines will consist of new piping and are estimated to be between 10,000 LF and 15,000 LF. The requirement is to provide 3,000 GPM of water flow at 20 psi. to each of the three wharves at the MOTSU site. A booster station may also be included to convey water from the existing County waterline to the elevated storage tank.

Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39,500,000.00. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 24 June 2022. The proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.
