THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is issued under FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) Purchase Order. NAICS Code: 237110, Construction Management, Water and Sewer Line, and the size standard is $39,500,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $25,000,00 - $100,000.00 Work consists of the Contractor providing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, supervision for replacement of existing sewer line at maintenance compound, replacement of existing sewer lines at Visitor Center and manhole rehabilitation. The contractor shall procure all necessary permits for local, county and/or state authorities prior to commencement of work. The contractor shall also provide a Work Schedule to the COR after award, an Accident Prevention Plan, a list of materials to be furnished, including names of the suppliers, data to show that the product conforms to the specification requirements, and manufacturer’s warranty on the products and a certificate showing compliance with applicable ASTM standards. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) days upon issuance of award and shall be completed within ninety days of contract award to include final cleanup and demobilization efforts. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, facsimiles, etc.) will be provided. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
