The SATOCs will enable the Wilmington District to meet requirements for General Construction and Design-Build Construction services. The SATOCs will primarily meet Military Construction, Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) mission requirements of the Wilmington over a five-year period. The award will be made from this solicitation to the Offeror whose proposal represents the best overall value and is determined to provide the most benefit to the Government. The awarded contract will be for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. The Offeror(s) successful in obtaining a contract award will also be awarded the Seed Task Order project utilized in the evaluation process. Task orders issued under the SATOCs will be firm-fixed price. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39,500,000.00. This is a Competitive HUBZone Set-aside solicitation.
