The solicitation number is W912PM19T0034 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 237110 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. ****This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. ***** Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies required to install a waterline and fittings in accordance with the requirements and specifications in the Statement of Work. Performance period: The period of performance is 60 days from receipt of contract. Place of performance: Bassett, Virginia Davis Bacon Act Wage Determinations: VA190025 01/04/2019 VA25 The Contractor is responsible to refer to the above wage decision. The Government will attach the latest version to the contract upon award.
