In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a)(13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The solicitation number is W912PM19T0031 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $7.5 Million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. Description of Requirement: -The Contractor shall maintain the Government property boundary by brushing, painting, installing tree signs and carsonite posts, and removing underbrush along the projects boundary. -The Contractor shall complete all brushing, repainting, and tree sign and carsonite post installation along a boundary section before proceeding to a new work location. -The Contractor shall utilize the boundary segment maps (provided by the COR prior to commencement of work) to determine the location of boundary line.
