This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation number is W912PM19T0019, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 336611 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. Description of Requirement: The Wilmington District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and services, to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, Engineer Repair Yard with Welding Services on an as needed basis. This is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Welding Services for a period of 5 years (Base Year + 4 Option Years). PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO THIS RFQ may submit their Quote in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. Quote form, letterhead, etc.) and MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Solicitation number; offeror's complete mailing and remittance addresses; discount terms, Personal Identification number (previously DUNS number), and Tax Identification Number.
