Building includes block construction, standing seam metal roof, HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression. Site improvements include general clearing/grubbing, small bio-retention ponds, a small parking, etc. A backup generator is included. This project also includes nearly 15,000 LF of fiber cabling to be laid throughout the compound and offsite. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
