The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide the design, manufacture, test and deliver two outdoor Class II oil-filled three-phase transformers rated 5,000 kVA high-voltage (H) 4.16 kV low-voltage (x), Class ONAN cooling. The rating shall be 5kV rms maximum voltage, 60kV BIL, 1,200 amperes continuous current, and 40kA symmetrical short circuit amperes. The switch mechanism shall be provided with a lock mechanism or padlock provisions arranged so that the switch can be locked in the open or closed position.
