The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, is conducting research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to provide (1) Excavator with a Vibratory Driver Extractor and a Wood Pile Clamp (mounted) to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Wilmington District Snagboat SNELL for rental, while performing work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District.
