The potential SATOC will be awarded and administered via the Los Angeles District (SPL)/USACE SPL will hold a Business Opportunity Open House (BOOH) in Phoenix, AZ on March 18. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District Office (SPL) is attempting to identify capable/competent businesses, including small business with the necessary past performance, bonding capabilities and interest in the following IDIQ opportunity at Dept of Veterans Affairs (VA) campuses within the State of AZ. At this time, SPL anticipates that a large percentage of work will take place on the Tucson VA campus. However, there may be additional work at the following VA locations: (Prescott)(Flagstaff)(Phoenix). Potential task orders under this IDIQ include: (building renovation)(electrical)(HVAC and Heating)(fencing/access gates)(roofing)(chillers/cooling towers) Price Range: $50M-$99M Duration: FY27-FY31 PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS IS JUST A MARKET RESEARCH AND CAPABILITIES ANALYSIS.
