This is a design-build project to construct a 45,025 square foot Communications Squadron headquarters facility, including all supporting site improvements and utilities. The facility must comply with specific Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Air Force design and security standards, including antiterrorism requirements. The procurement will be conducted as an unrestricted, best value trade-off process, where award is based on the greatest overall benefit, not just the lowest price.
