Updates will be provided under solicitation no. W912PL26BA001*** Complete repair of the west breakwater located at the Dana Point Harbor. The work consists of replacing displaced armor stone and resetting existing stone to interlock with the new stone. Approximately 45,000 cubic yards of sediment will be dredged for access to the breakwater. All dredged material will be beneficially used as nearshore nourishment offshore of Doheny State Beach. Period of Performance: The total contract performance period is Three Hundred and Eight (308) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Procurement: Competitive Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed PriceEstimated Magnitude of Construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. A site visit will be scheduled, and the date/time/location will be provided in the solicitation. The official Invitation for Bid (IFB) is anticipated to be issued December 16 2025 via Contract Opportunities at sam.gov and inviting firms to register electronically to receive a copy of the solicitation when it is issued. If the Offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity shall have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO CHECK THE DESIGNATED GOVERNMENT POINT OF ENTRY – SAM.GOV - FREQUENTLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS OR CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION.
