The correct solicitation number for this procurement is W912PL23R0028. Project Description: Design and construct approximately 8,605 SF of an addition onto the current HC-130J simulator facility for a Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) simulator. Construct the CRH simulator facility with large open bay; reinforced concrete foundation; concrete slab; structural steel frame, standing seam metal roof; and split faced block. Includes electrical, mechanical, site improvements, landscaping with landscape establishment irrigation, pavements, parking, walkways, utilities, fire detection/ protection, communications, and all necessary supporting facilities for a complete and usable facility. Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01. This project will comply with Department of Defense antiterrorism/force protection requirements per Unified Facility Criteria 4-010-01. Sound attenuation throughout the facility is also an important element to address during the design. The original building was constructed in 2013. Site Visit: An organized site visit has been scheduled for July 13th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Information is required to be received at least five (5) business days prior to the site visit for the individual to be added to the guest list.
