The work is briefly described as follows, but is not the entire scope of the project:a. Clearing and grubbing around the proposed retaining wall.b. Construction of new retaining wall consisting of concrete drilled piers, steel tie rods, wood laggings, perforated PVC drain pipe, geotextile fabric, class 2 permeable material and native soil backfill.c. Establishment of sterile/native vegetation for erosion control over all exposed soil remaining at the end of the project including around retaining wall and in construction and access areas.
