Construct one (1) earth covered reinforced concrete Hayman type drive-through igloo with reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, 7.32M wide by 4.27M high doorways and a minimum inside height of 4.5M. Work will include alarm systems, access roads, reinforced aprons, utilities and other necessary support. Comply with explosive safety and security standards. Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01. This project will comply with Department of Defense antiterrorism/force protection requirements per Unified Facility Criteria 4-010-01.
