Replace existing concrete slab with a new slab suitable for the temporary hangar floor. The new hangar floor shall have an epoxy floor coating applied. Construction of supporting infrastructure to support the 28,224 SF of modular facility include domestic water, deluge water, electric, communications duct, sewer, and gas. Install concrete foundations for the temporary high bay hangar and infrastructure. Install footings for blast fence as well as a blast fence. MAINTENANCE - Epoxy Coating for Hangar Floor. REPAIR - Repair and replace existing concrete slab. Existing concrete slab is not sufficient for the new hangar and aircraft.. CONSTRUCTION - Supporting infrastructure to new slab and temporary hangar. Includes domestic water, deluge water system, electric, communications duct, sewer and gas.
