This BPA is to provide Quality Assurance Laboratory and Field Testing Services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), South Pacific Division, Task Force (TF) Barrier, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) if, and when requested by the Contracting Officer (or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer) for five (5) years from effective date of agreement. The Government anticipates approximately $4,000,000 in calls over five (5) years.
