Read attachments for full Instructions The proposed contract is for facility maintenance of Defense Logistics Agency facilities located at Naval Base San Diego and Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, California. The scope of the work includes preventative and periodic maintenance, repairs, custodial service, painting, troubleshooting existing systems, servicing existing operations, emergency repair and services, HVAC service and repair, grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance, pest control and facility maintenance, to include limited construction activities not to exceed $150,000.00. The duration of proposed contract is for 1 base year and 4 options years. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210 - Facilities Support Services. This acquisition is set aside for 8(a) business development program participants only. The estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Award will be based on Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 14, Sealed Bidding, where the contracting officer shall make a contract award to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. It is anticipated that award will be made within 90 calendar days after bid opening. See revised Site Visit information above and attachments.
