The proposed design feature improvements have been developed in response to issues that were identified post construction of the original Corona Dikes contract. The improvements will provide proper maintenance access, protection to the dike, and protection to the surrounding features. The project shall include the following work features: At the STP dike the work will consist of an interior maintenance road, outlet apron improvement, gully slope stabilization, and instrumentation repairs. At the housing dike the work will consist of an outlet structure improvement, removal of topsoil from the existing grouted stone overflow structure and installation of survey monuments. The construction of these features is a requirement for turning over the project to the local sponsor. The solicitation will be available only on this website beta.SAM.gov or about 20 August 2020. Project Period of Performance is 270 Calendar Days This project is set as a 100% Women Owned Small Business Set aside. Under the NAICS CODE 237990. Small Business Standard Size is $39.5 Mil. The acquisition will use the FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures for award. All bidders are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process.
