Offerors who are not a small business will not be considered. Renovation of a 27,000 SF building at Vandenberg AFB. The building houses a mix of office and conference spaces along with mechanical and electrical spaces. The work entails phased demolition and construction for the renovation and requires that 24/7/365 operational capability of certain rooms is maintained at all times. Work will include upgrading rooms to meet current fire protection requirements, replacing HVAC and electrical distribution systems, upgrading interior finishes and ensuring that all security systems meet current ICD 705 criteria. Work will require a rapid preconstruction mobilization timeline to complete the job within the given period of performance and fit within the customer driven construction window. The Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 Period of performance is 365 days This solicitation will be available on or about 18 June 2019. Plans and specifications will not be provided in hard paper copy.
