One is approximately 11,000 sf and the other is approximately 23,000 sf. Both were used as dormitories. Demolish and dispose thirteen (13) one story single family homes approximately 1,700 sf each in size. Demolish and dispose of an out of service Compressed Natural Gas station. These structures are located at Nellis AFB. Demolish and dispose three (3) out of service single wide trailers. Each is approximately 1,350 sf in size. Demolish and dispose of one (1) trailer, approximately 5,800 sf in size that has been used as office admin space. These structures are located at Creech AFB. Demolition will include asbestos remediation. This solicitation is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. All responsive and responsible parties are invited to submit a bid.
