This contract is for a Job Order Contract to provide minor construction services primarily in Vicenza, with additional work in Livorno and Aviano, Italy. The base ordering period is five years, with a potential six-month extension. The total value of all orders under the contract shall not exceed $40 million. Work will be priced and executed using the "JOC Unit Price Book Europe 2025." Individual construction requirements will be issued via Task Order Proposal Requests (TOPRs) in accordance with the contract's established procedures.
