The requirement is for the MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ROOFS, USAG-ITALY, DMC. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the service called for by the Performance Work Statement. Works include, but are not limited to the following: removal of deteriorated waterproofing membrane, and disposal to a public dump; scraping and preparation of surface; simple waterproofing work; painting of the waterproof membrane with single component acrylic water base paint; painting of waterproofing membrane with synthetic resin type solvents-based paint; provide and install a temporary safety device on the roof; realization of a "ciabatta" for connection on the existing descendants of rainwater, preparation of the intervention area by removing the existing sheath, realization of the "ciabatta", new waterproofing of the intervention area, verification of couplings on existing descendants; realization of a "ciabatta" for connection on the existing descendants of rainwater, preparation of the intervention area by removing the existing sheath. All these items should include safety costs.
