All other Pre-solictation information already in the W912PF25RA002 has been updated with the RFP Number W912PF26RA002. 414TH Contracting Support Brigade Vicenza, Italy FY25 Italy Construction Job Order Contract (JOC) Pre-Solicitation Notice for W912PF26RA002 Anticipated Solicitation Issue Date:JANUARY 2026 OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE AND THE FORMAL SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. SET-ASIDE: No set asides to small business or socioeconomic preference for this solicitation. NAICS: 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Vicenza, Livorno, and or any other U.S. Government facilities located throughout Italy. SOLICITATION NUMBER: W912PF26RA002 TYPE OF CONTRACT: The 414TH Contracting Support Brigade, Vicenza, Italy anticipates soliciting and awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). CHANGE TO THIS NOTICE The ordering capacity of the SATOC is not-to-exceed $40,000,000 for the life of the contract. The planned duration for this contract is a total of five (5) years. with a renewal of the JOB Order Contract Unit Pricebook lists in accordance with JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025 As per new attachment part of this amended Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Contract will end upon completion of the first five-year period or upon reaching the $40,000.000 ceiling. The renewal of the JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025 coefficient will be reevaluated yearly for potential Economic Price Adjustments (EPA). Individual projects issued under the SATOC will contain their own estimated values. There will be no limits on the number of task orders issued or limits on cumulative value ordered in any single year. Task Orders will range from $3,000 to $2,000,000. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted, full and open basis Small and Small Disadvantaged Business requirements are waived for this project due to its location OCONUS DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of the Italy JOC will be real property repair, maintenance, environmental work, asbestos abatement, force protection work, and construction services in the areas identified above. The task orders will primarily address general building renovation, road and pavement repair, and general environmental work. This work includes, but is not limited to, incidental new minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, force protection, and environmental remedial work. The work will be priced and executed using the JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025. Each task order will also have an EPA adjustment if needed of the JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025 . The geographical region covered under this scope is within the country of Italy. Specific locations include but are not limited to Vicenza, Livorno, or any other U.S. Government facilities located throughout Italy. SELECTION PROCESS: The Government intends to select a contractor for award using a best value trade-off source selection process. This process allows for a tradeoff between non-cost factors and cost/price and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced proposal or other than the highest technically rated proposal to achieve a best-value contract award.
