AMENDMENT 0001 to Combined Synopsis Solicitatio nW912PF25QUNGU The purpose of this Amendment is to: - Attach a revised copy of the Pricing Worksheet, named “Attachment 1 Pricing Worksheet Ungulate Control Rev1” to reflect the changes in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), at paragraph 5.2.3. - Attach a revised copy of the Performance Work Statement, named Attachment 2 “Performance Work Statement Ungulate Control Rev 1” - Correct paragraph (xv) of this Combined Synopsis Solicitation to read “Quotes are due on 2 September 2025, at 12.00 pm. See the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 for details.” The quotes due-in date remains the same. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to issue a single-award, non-personal service contract on a firm fixed-price (FFP) basis and to solicit the proposed services under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. Contracts awarded under FAR 13 are not subject to FAR 15.3 procedures. Accordingly, the award of a contract under this request, should an award be made, and shall follow the procedures outlined in FAR 13, as supplemented. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W912PF25QUNGU. (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial services in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, published 3 January 2025. (iv) This procurement is not a set aside and is being solicited for full and open competition on https://www.sam.gov.
