AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is to insert, by reference, provision 52.204-24 “Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment". The quotes due-in date remains the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to issue a single-award, non-personal service contract on a firm fixed-price (FFP) basis and to solicit the proposed services under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Contracts awarded under FAR 13 are not subject to FAR 15.3 procedures. Accordingly, award of a contract under this request, should an award be made, shall follow the procedures outlined in FAR 13, as supplemented. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W912PF25QTREA. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial services in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 published 17 January 2025. This requirement is being solicited for full and open competition on https://www.sam.gov. NAICS code for this requirement is 221310 “Water Supply and Irrigation Systems”, with a Product Service Code of Z1NE “Maintenance of Water Supply Facilities”.
