Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Notice PSC: J045 NAICS: 238220 Description of the service: This is a non-personal service contract to provide technical assistance services for maintenance and repair of heating and HVAC systems, plant and equipment at Camp Darby, Depot and ASA (USAG Italy DMC). The heating and HVAC systems require properly maintenances, repairs and inspections to keep a safe climate environment in the workspaces and other areas, safety functionality and efficiency conditions, performance and to maximize the life of the components. The contractor will perform all maintenances, inspections and repairs as listed at Paragraph 5 of the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include maintenance, repair and inspection of the HVAC and heating systems and components at Darby Military Community areas. The contractor shall provide all management services, personnel, labor, vehicle, tools, materials, supplies, general and specialized equipment, transportation, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the required maintenances. Any damages sustained by contractor’s fault shall be restored to pre-existing conditions at no cost to the US Government. Location of the work: The service shall be performed under this contract at USAG Italy Darby Military Community (DMC). Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows: Base Year: 30 August 2025 – 29 August 2026 Option Year One: 30 August 2026 – 29 August 2029 Option Year Two: 30 August 207 - 29 August 2030 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in Time & Material LH type contract. Issuance of Solicitation: The solicitation package with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted after 30 June 2025 Closing Response Date: The date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF25QA053). Site visit/ pre-quote conference: No site visit or pre-quote conference will be held. A virtual meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on TIME AND DATE TO BE DETERMINED. A Teams invite will be provided to the interested Vendors e-mail addresses to join the mentioned meeting.
