Due to issues in the system preventing the release, a draft copy of the Amendment was posted to allow quoters to review the changes and provide their quotes, by 28 February 2025, at 12.00 pm (noon). The final copy containes the same information and does not differ from the draft one. Quoters are required to provide a filled in an signed copy of the final Amendment with their quote. The purpose of this Amendment is to: - Replace the Performance Work Statement, dated November 2024, with the Performance Work Statement Rev#1, dated February 2025 (Attachment 8). - Add Attachment 9 "DMC Basic Map Darby", Attachment 10 "DMC Basic Map Depot", Attachment 11 "DMC Basic Map ASA", Attachment 12 "DDRT N.8764", Attachment 13 "Allegato A", Attachment 14 "Allegato B" and Attachment 15 "Questions and Answers". - Postpone the due-in date to 28 February 2025, at 12.00 pm. - Specify that the correct certification requested is ISO EN 14001-2015 "Laboratory Services related Sampling and Analysis Requirements", instead of ISO EN 14000, as erroneously typed in the solicitation. Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. PSC: F103 – Environmental Systems Protection – Waste Quality Support NAICS: 924110 – Administration of Air and Water Resource and Solid Waste Management Programs Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform Laboratory Sampling and Analysis of Potable Water, Wastewater and Unknown Waste and Material at USAG Italy, DMC. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the laboratory sampling and analysis of waters and other waste materials at USAG Italy, DMC Areas, as described in detail on the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
