Pre-Solicitation Notice PSC: H312 – Inspection Fire Control Equipment NAICS: 561990 All Other Support Services Description of the service: This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide the 6-months maintenance, test, inspections, repairs, and certifications of all the Fire Suppression Systems at USAG ITALY DMC (Camp Darby, Depot & ASA). Fire Suppression Systems typically include, but are not limited to Kitchen Suppression Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Pressure Reducer (PRVs) and Air Relief Valves, Fire Hoses and Fire Hydrants. The contractor shall provide all management services, personnel, labor, vehicles, tools, materials, supplies, general and specialized equipment, transportation, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the required maintenances. The systems and equipment at point 7.1 of the Performance Work Statement that will be posted along with the solicitation. Location of the work: The service shall be performed at USAG Italy DMC (Camp Darby, Depot, and Ammunition Storage Area), Pisa, Italy. Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows: Base Year: 29 September 2024 – 28 September 2024 Option Year One: 29 September 2025 – 28 September 2026 Option Year Two: 29 September 2026 – 28 September 2027 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Material Contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted after 15 July 2024. Response date: The response date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF24Q0122) Site visit: A site visit will be held on 24 July 2024, 09:00 hrs. The meeting point will be at Gate #27 (Depot Gate), Via Aurelia, Tombolo (Pisa), Italy. How to participate: In order to participate to the site all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting an e-mail not later than Close of Business (COB) 15 July 2024 to the following e-mail address: Sonia.zanobini2.ln@army.mil Please indicate in your e-mail the Solicitation Number/Title: “W912PF24Q0122 Maintenance and Repair Service for Fire Suppression Systems at USAG Italy DMC”; the name of the company; the address; the phone number; the fax number; the e-mail address and the name of person(s) (maximum two) who will be present at the site visit. A legible copy of the identification document(s) has to be provided. If the person(s) has/have entry pass (es), a copy of the pass/passes has/have to be provided. Only the person(s) who has/have provided the personal data would be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the gate. The quoter(s) not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base. Not indicating interest as described above does not preclude the quoter from participating in this requirement.
