Pre-Solicitation Notice FSC: J061 “Maint/Repair.Rebuild of Equipment-Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment” NAICS: 221122 “Electrical Power Distribution” Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform maintenance and repair of photovoltaic systems at USAG Italy DMC Areas, in accordance with Italian Law 81/2008, Ministerial Decree n. 37/2008, Technical CEI/EN Standards and O&M Manuals. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the maintenance and repair of photovoltaic systems at USAG Italy DMC Areas, for all the buildings and structures listed at point 5.2.1 of the PWS. The PWS will be posted along with the Solicitation. Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows: Base Year: 08 September 2024 – 07 September 2025 Option Year One: 08 September 2025 – 07 September 2026 Option Year Two: 08 September 2026 – 07 September 2027 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Material Contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information will be posted around ten (10) days before the Pre-Quote Conference. Response date: The response date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF-24-Q-0087) Site visit/ pre-quote conference: Pre-Quote Conference. A Web Pre-Quote Conference will be held on 18 June 2024, 10.00 hrs. on Teams.
