FSC: Z2JZ NAICS: 238320 Subject: Project #ES-00085-3P “Interior and Exterior preparation and painting of various buildings, DMC-USAG Italy Set-Aside code: N/A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The Contractor shall perform interior and exterior painting of facilities and structures for the Darby Military Community (DMC). The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, equipment, material, and transportation necessary to prepare and paint the interior and exterior of DMC facilities. The DMC consists of four different geographical areas; Depot area, Ammunition Storage Area (ASA), and Main Base. The main base and ASA are located through the same access point, with the additional security checkpoint for entering the ASA. The Depot Area requires a separate base access and located 2 km from the main base entry point. A list of buildings will be provided together with the solicitation. NOTE: The Government will issue task orders as painting requirements are identified. METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This is a Request for Quotationl resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract.with a period of performance of five years and includes an option to extend service for six months WORK MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000.00 (Euro 97,980.00) and $250,000.00 (Euro 244,950.00) FUNDING: - Funds w ill be obligated upon issuance of each task order during the period of performance. - The minimum guarantee for the entire contract is $500.00 (Euro 489.90)(Rate used: $1 = Euro 0.9798).
